Business Development Director Location: HQ - Fairfax, VA Hybrid Remote- 3 days onsite per week Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Business Development Director with practical experience to join our team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the Business Development Lifecycle, including Opportunity Identification, Capture, and Proposal Development. The Business Development Director will pinpoint a portfolio of qualified leads for the company to pursue by identifying, qualifying, advocating for, and tracking leads, with a strong emphasis on gathering intelligence and fostering relationships. The role of the business development manager primarily revolves around relationship marketing, gaining insights into customers and opportunities, and managing lead tracking. Key Responsibilities:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field Years of Professional Experience: 5+ Years of experience in government business development/operations.
