UVA Community Health Medical Group is seeking a General Urologist to join and help grow a robust community-based urology program serving Manassas, Haymarket, and Warrenton. This opportunity is designed for a physician who values broad-scope urology practice, strong community relationships, and the ability to shape local urologic services. The position is focused on delivering accessible, high-quality urologic care close to home, meeting strong and increasing demand across these growing communities. Established community urology presence with plans for continued expansion Broad general urology practice with a mix of clinic, procedures, and surgery Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships and a strong referral base Close collaboration with primary care and community-based specialists Ability to influence service development, workflows, and care delivery at the local level Opportunity to grow and evolve clinical programs aligned with physician clinical interests, expertise, and community needs Access to and partnership with an academic medical center, supporting clinical collaboration and professional development Practice & Team Environment: Existing general urology coverage with access to subspecialty consultation as needed Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support Experienced nursing, clinical, and administrative teams Leadership committed to physician engagement, sustainable growth, and operational excellence Highly engaged executive team invested in the community and providing high-quality care in a community-based setting.
