Overview

Aspect Consulting, a Geosyntec Company, an earth science and engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Staff Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing Geotechnical and Infrastructure Practice in our Seattle, Wenatchee, Bellingham, or Bainbridge Island (WA) office. Aspect's geotechnical engineers tackle challenges on a variety of complex projects all over the Pacific Northwest United States ranging from bridge and large culvert replacements, landslide stabilization, transportation and roadway design, water and wastewater conveyance, power substations, reservoirs and dams, mid- and high-rise buildings, development within and near steep-slope sensitive areas, and floodplain and natural habitat restoration.

Geotechnical Engineers at Aspect regularly interface directly with clients, execute work through the full project lifecycle from proposals to construction; guide innovative geotechnical designs; work alongside other highly experienced engineers, geologists, and other consultants; strategically pursue new work and opportunities; and mentor staff, helping them navigate to early career success. This is a long-term, career track position with the ultimate goal to grow one's consulting practice through effective project delivery and client development.

Due to the size of Aspect's geotechnical group and geographic reach, a Senior Staff Geotechnical Engineer can expect an abundance of variety in their work, strong mentorship, and readily available avenues to expanded responsibility and career growth. Additionally, Aspect's parent company, Geosyntec, works on projects all over the United States and internationally, occasionally presenting Aspect's northwest-based staff with geotechnical engineering opportunities outside of the Pacific Northwest.

We invest in our people. Each employee is unique, and your career at Aspect Consulting will be too. We offer competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs to support you and your family.
