CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Senior Survey Evaluation Analyst Responsibilities:
- Shall assist military and government service personnel in the design, planning, coordination, synchronization, preparation, and execution of the training/exercise events.
- The Command and Control CBRN Response Element (C2CRE) Observer Controller/Trainer (OC/T) Team requires full time equivalent CBRN Senior Survey Evaluation Analyst to enable C2CRE Technical Support Forces (TSF) training and evaluation mission capability within the team.
- Planning and coordination may include the development of training Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) or other scripted training scenarios to develop CBRN survey skills. Additionally, it may include unit or venue specific visits, including planning meetings and Site Surveys.
- During the execution of C2CRE TSF training exercises and evaluations, the CBRN Senior Survey Evaluation Analyst support will focus on CBRN reconnaissance, casualty recovery, and technical decontamination.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of CBRN principles, procedures, and equipment.
- Experience in designing and implementing training scenarios, including the development of MSELs.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs, evaluate performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Specific knowledge of technical decontamination processes, protocols, and equipment used in CBRN scenarios.
- Experience in conducting evaluations and assessments of CBRN-related exercises.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems under pressure, and adapt to changing situations during training exercises.
- Skills in leading or working within a team to ensure effective collaboration and mission accomplishment.
- Familiarity with exercise simulation tools, software platforms, and technologies used in training and evaluation scenarios.

Fort Custer, State Fire Colleges, local fire departments, Las Vegas, Pascagoula, Seattle, Birmingham, Charleston, Little Rock, or other locations selected for training.
