Description
Summary The deckhand position consists of but is not limited to, throwing and tying lines as well as hooking up anchors and general labor and housekeeping. *Please Note: We are not actively recruiting applicants for this position at this time. Preferred Qualifications * Experience and knowledge of Alaska Native cultures Work Environment Generally outdoors, may be subject to changes in temperature, weather conditions, and noise levels. Physical Demands * Frequent lifting, sitting, standing, stooping for prolonged periods of time, using hands/fingers requiring dexterity, should have good hand-eye coordination and motion control in coordination with handling tools, equipment, and other related components Work Schedule As project needs dictate Education
High School Diploma/GED (required)
Experience
1 years: * Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in the marine industry
