In this role, you will:




  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities, and other dependencies across projects.



  • Perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management.



  • Manage program financials, including forecasting, profitability, invoicing, and expense management.



  • Maintain client relationships and keep the client and partners engaged in the project (i.e., status reporting, issues management, and risk management).



  • Partner with the PMO to determine potential project impacts across the organization and to tailor the project approach, plan, and deliverables accordingly.



  • Develop communication plans and facilitate regular meetings, including Steering Committee meetings.



  • Establish the rules and procedures for making portfolio decisions.



  • Create PMO best practices, ensuring understanding of SDLC and business processes.



  • Maintaining relationships with key decision makers and executive leaders, including influence, advising, and providing high-quality services to our clients.





Who You Are:




  • You must be a solid Project Manager with at least eight years of experience delivering successful projects in a consulting environment, including three years as a Project Manager.



  • 5+ years of experience with various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) desirable.



  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects over the years - different-sized projects, domains, departments, and industries.



  • Translate business and technical concepts into layman's terms is an essential skill.



  • Create unmatched experiences for both clients and employees.

  • You enjoy solving problems and bringing solutions to clients.



  • A learning mindset, ready to experience new ideas and situations.
