Job Duties Assemble documents, materials, and products into completed customer kits. Follow instructions provided by the Kitting Coordinator and Table Lead. Perform kitting, assembly, sorting, packing, and production tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met. Assist in other warehouse and production areas as needed. Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Support quality standards and productivity goals. Work overtime or adjusted schedules when required to meet customer and production demands. Assist team members as needed to help maintain workflow and daily production targets. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, production, assembly, packing, or kitting experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing production needs. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25+ pounds. Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards.
