Work on Tier-2 and Tier-3 incidents and service requests for datacenter network infrastructure. *
Troubleshoot complex network issues affecting production environment. *
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive steps. *
Participate in on-call rotation and escalation support. *
Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity. Projects: *
Participate in Design and deployment of datacenter network solutions. *
Implement network expansion projects and infrastructure upgrades. *
Support network migrations, refreshes, and capacity planning initiatives. *
Develop and maintain network architecture documentation and topology diagrams. *
Participate in infrastructure-as-code initiatives. *
Participate in automation and standardization process. Security: *
Configure ACLs and network security controls. *
Support firewall integrations and segmentation requirements with the Security team Generic Managerial Skills, If any *
