Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills *
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. *
5+ years of experience in Application Production Support and L3 Support activities. *
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. *
Experience troubleshooting production incidents in distributed systems and enterprise applications. *
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, API gateway concepts, and microservice communication patterns. *
Expertise in SQL and database troubleshooting (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL). *
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting. *
Strong understanding of JVM, garbage collection, thread dumps, heap dumps, and performance tuning. *
Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. *
Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management. *
Experience with on-call support and SLA-driven production environments.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $105,000 per year
