Job Duties

• Conduct phone customer service survey with customer after work is completed.
• Close all finished orders.
• Close all completed service authorizations performed by retailer.
• Pre-enter customer information.
• Mail completed service order to retailers.
• File completed work.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required or three to six months related experience and/or
  
  training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience Requirements

  Highly accurate data entry

  Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Service Coordinator.
