Known for setting the benchmark in beauty retail, they foster a collaborative, high-energy environment built on customer-first thinking, innovation, and global teamwork.

Position Overview

As the Digital Account Coordinator - North America, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our client's premier private-label beauty brand to life across their digital business ecosystem. Reporting to the Digital Operations Manager, you will support day-to-day execution across multiple major North American e-commerce platforms and strategic digital retail partner channels.

In this role, your primary focus will be digital assortment accuracy, new product launches, online brand content, and an elevated dot-com customer journey. You will partner closely with global brand teams in Paris, regional e-commerce merchandising, account management, and marketing stakeholders to translate high-level account priorities into seamless, on-time digital execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Digital Execution: Support digital rollouts across North American e-commerce platforms and major retail partner channels, translating commercial priorities into accurate, punctual execution.
  • Assortment & Catalog Integrity: Support seasonal digital assortment setups, ensuring SKU-level data, launch windows, inventory availability, and product details remain accurate across internal tools and customer-facing channels.
  • Global & Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with global brand teams in Europe and regional e-commerce merchandising partners to coordinate launch calendars, creative assets, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Product Detail Page (PDP) Management: Oversee new product page setups and continuous enhancements, ensuring all digital assets, copy, and attributes are complete, engaging, and strictly aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Site Audits & Launch QA: Conduct routine digital site audits and quality assurance (QA) checks around major launches to identify and resolve discrepancies in navigation, imagery, copy, pricing, and live inventory.
  • Digital Merchandising & SEO Optimization: Optimize PDP copy, visual assets, category navigation, and on-site search/SEO to maximize discoverability and provide a unified brand experience.
  • Customer Engagement Capabilities: Support the rollout and optimization of on-site Ratings & Reviews, Content Management Systems (CMS), personalized recommendations, search filters, live chat features, and Q&A modules.
  • Operational Tracking & Reporting: Maintain master data files, launch trackers, and digital process documentation to ensure operational efficiency; track digital performance indicators to inform post-launch hindsights and future roadmaps.
  • Communication & Issue Escalation: Keep cross-functional partners informed of updates, dependencies, and risks, proactively escalating executional bottlenecks when needed.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Adapt quickly to evolving business needs by supporting strategic digital and brand initiatives as they emerge.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented digital professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional retail environment:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, retail operations, brand coordination, or a related field (beauty/cosmetics or consumer goods background is a strong plus).
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and follow-through, with a natural inclination for QA and operational accuracy.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, balance competing priorities, and solve problems proactively.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating with diverse cross-functional teams and international partners across different time zones.
  • Technical Skills: Strong digital literacy and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, PivotTables), PowerPoint, Word, and modern digital/e-commerce CMS tools.
  • Agility: A fast learner with the curiosity and agility to master new systems, workflows, and shifting priorities.
  • Industry Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for retail, digital innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid Schedule: Based out of our client's San Francisco corporate office with hybrid flexibility (in-office / remote days).
  • Global Collaboration: Flexibility to attend occasional early-morning calls/meetings to align with European partners.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to handle and transport product samples or materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
