New Logo Account Executive

We are seeking our new New Logo Account Executive to join the Axway team!

We are seeking a motivated, commercially curious Account Executive with 2-3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to join our Amplify Platform growth team in the United States. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who learns quickly, embraces AI-enabled selling, and is eager to build a career in enterprise technology sales.

This role focuses on acquiring net-new customers for the Amplify Platform, including opportunities centered on API management, the AI Control Plane, and enterprise AI governance. You will help organizations securely connect AI models, agents, tools, and enterprise services while applying the policies, visibility, and controls needed to move AI initiatives into production responsibly.

Remote: Some travel required

* Prospect, plan, qualify, develop, prove, and close opportunities.
* Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and bookings commitments.
* Be the customer's advocate.
* Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at target accounts.
* Identify business, IT, security, data, architecture, and AI stakeholders and understand their priorities for growth, governance, security, compliance, sovereignty, and operational control.
* Learn to position the Amplify Platform across API management, AI Control Plane, and AI governance use cases, with support from sales leadership and technical specialists.
* Create and implement a Territory Development Plan focused on high-potential API and AI governance

* 2-3 years of experience selling SaaS or other software solutions, with demonstrated prospecting and customer engagement skills; exposure to API management, AI, security, governance, integration, or cloud solutions is a plus.
* A proactive, results-oriented sales mindset, with evidence of pipeline generation, persistence, and a strong desire to win new business.
* Ability to learn consultative selling techniques, uncover API and AI governance requirements, manage opportunities, and develop territory strategies with coaching.
* Comfort using AI-powered sales and productivity tools for account research, prospecting, outreach personalization, and workflow efficiency; sound judgment in validating AI-generated outputs.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills; collaborative, intellectually curious, receptive to feedback, and comfortable engaging business and technical stakeholders.
* High initiative, urgency, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
* Ability to travel as required.
* Relevant university degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience welcomed.
