Assembly Associate

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Assembly Associate to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will help keep assembly equipment and automated packing systems running efficiently while ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet daily goals. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate and support assembly equipment and auto-packers to maintain efficient production flow.
• Load, unload, and move materials, parts, and finished goods throughout the assembly department.
• Fill hoppers, bins, feeders, and other production equipment as needed.
• Perform visual quality inspections and verify products meet customer and company standards.
• Identify and report safety, quality, or production concerns to leadership.
• Pack, weigh, count, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Unjam and troubleshoot basic production equipment issues safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow all company safety, quality, environmental, and workplace policies.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
