Location - Faribault, MN - Onsite at Faribault South

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor, review and analyze weekly inventory trends and discusses variations with appropriate staff members. Provide basic support to efficiently build quality products and meet market demands.
• Inspect incoming, in-process, and outgoing material, parts, and assemblies to specifications and blueprints following standard shop practice and/or special instructions.
• Train other employees in day to day procedures.
• Perform specific calibrations, specific tests, and specific evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and records the results.
• Assist to determine controls necessary to maintain consistent quality level.
• Assist to direct repairs and deviated corrections as required.
• Assist to generate inspection reports and analysis.

Your Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree in a related field preferred
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

The typical hourly base pay for this position ranges from $21.25 to $33.97 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
