This is a very exciting time at our Agency -- we have achieved phenomenal growth in recent years and project that to continue exponentially.We are in need of a charismatic and knowledgeable health care professional to direct our Intake and Sales team. Oversee day-to-day operations of the busy hub that is our Intake department. This is a highly visible leadership role accountable for coordinating the best possible care and customer service for our patient referrals and their families. Key responsibilities: Effectively manage Intake process to ensure complete referral information is obtained and promptly communicated to the appropriate teams Supervise Intake RNs and support staff on-site as well as at our affiliate hospitals' intake stations. Manages the day to day operation of our sales team. Demonstrate working knowledge of all aspects of home care reimbursement including Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and Commercial Insurances. Due to the unpredictable nature of home care and the necessary adjustments as our Agency expands, the successful Intake & Provider Relations Manager embraces change, rather than resists it, and is highly adaptable.
