Senior Director Business Operations

The Senior Director, Business Operations - North America Services provides strategic leadership for the Business Operations function supporting the North America Services organization. The role partners closely with senior business and functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into coordinated operational plans, processes, governance, and initiatives that improve productivity, operational effectiveness, scalability, and customer experience.

Leads and influences complex, cross-functional initiatives and organizational transformations with significant business impact. The role establishes governance and operating disciplines that enable effective decision-making, prioritization, resource allocation, performance management, and execution across the organization.

Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and ensures Business Operations priorities continue to evolve in response to changing business needs.
