We are seeking a Demand Planner who will be instrumental in optimizing inventory flow, ensuring products are precisely where they need to be, when they need to be there. Your strategic insights and data-driven decisions will maximize sales, mitigate risks, and contribute significantly to achieving ambitious financial targets, making a tangible impact on the company's success and consumer experience.

What You'll Do



  • Develop and implement seasonal flow plans and store-level allocation strategies, aligning with key consumer priorities and revenue drivers.
  • Manage the precise load-in and replenishment of products at the style, color, and size level for all retail locations.
  • Continuously monitor store performance, adjusting allocation units in-season based on performance variances against plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and execute in-season inventory trade activities across channels to maximize full-price sales.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and Weeks of Supply (WOS) across various consumer segments and channels.
  • Provide critical insights to assortment planning teams regarding size curve opportunities during the pre-season order entry process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of product allocation in support of new store openings.
  • Partner with merchandising and assortment planning teams to prioritize the allocation of essential and seasonal products across channels.


Required Qualifications



  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of directly relevant experience in allocation or demand planning.
  • Demonstrated experience in retail field or store operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheet management, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to present complex information and recommendations concisely to diverse audiences.
  • A deep understanding of how to leverage data for decision-making and effectively communicate business needs.
  • Solid understanding of financial, product, and inventory planning principles.
  • Strong comprehension of merchandise, consumer trends, and strategic retail planning.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Windows applications.


Preferred Qualifications



  • An understanding of store operations, including how freight is received and processed.
  • Familiarity with the Just Enough allocation system.
  • Previous experience within the consumer goods or apparel industry.
