For more information, visit www.hmhco.com Job Title:Sr. Assessment Production Specialist - Graphics Location:Fully Remote (US) What you'll do: Working in Content Solutions/NWEA, the Sr. Assessment Production Specialist - Graphics will be responsible for the following primary duties: Graphic Design & Asset Development (30%)
Project Planning & Workflow Management (35%)
Graphics Governance & Asset Management (10%)
Vendor & Contractor Management (25%)
What you'll need: * Minimum 5 yearsof experience in graphic design, editorial design, educational publishing, or a related field. * Bachelor's Degree required/Associates Degree with demonstrated relevant experience * Advanced expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design and production tools. * Experience in graphic production and file preparation, Digital Asset Management and metadata, technical art production, and page layout. * Strong understanding of technical art, print production, prepress requirements, file preparation, workflow, asset management, and vendor management. Preferred Experience * Assessment or educational publishing * Accessibility and inclusive design considerations * Process improvement methodologies * AI technologies applicable to graphics production Skills and Competencies * Exceptional attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Systems thinking * Process improvement mindset * Technical problem-solving * Ability to balance quality, speed, and scalability * Continuous learning and adaptability Benefits and Salary Range Salary Range - $75,000 to $85,000. Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidate's skills, experience, education, and location.
