Unleash Your Impact: Drive Analytics Innovation!

Are you ready to transform complex business challenges into powerful data-driven solutions? We are seeking a dynamic and influential individual to step into a pivotal role, driving the delivery of analytics-driven business capabilities across critical operational areas. This is your chance to be instrumental in shaping how this innovative organization operates and serves its customers. You will empower teams, enhance decision-making, and create measurable improvements across the entire enterprise, directly influencing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead an Agile development pod, taking full ownership of the product vision, strategic roadmap, and meticulously prioritized backlog for sophisticated analytics capabilities.
  • Translate intricate business needs into clear, actionable development guides by crafting detailed epics, user stories, features, and precise acceptance criteria.
  • Drive the entire analytics delivery lifecycle, collaborating seamlessly with analytics, data engineering, and technology teams from initial business discovery and requirements gathering through user acceptance testing (UAT) and successful production rollout.
  • Forge strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across diverse operational units, including Customer Service, Credit & Collections, and Back Office teams, to identify operational friction points, gain deep insights into customer journeys, and deliver measurable operational value through innovative data solutions.
  • Cultivate a robust understanding of critical operational datasets, including core platform data like Oracle CC&B and other enterprise systems, to accurately define data requirements and dependencies.
  • Facilitate core Agile sprint ceremonies, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, proactively unblocking team dependencies, strategically managing delivery trade-offs, and providing clear status and metrics reporting to leadership.

What You Bring:

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner, Business Product Owner, or Product Manager, with a specific focus on leading an Agile development pod.
  • A demonstrated, proven track record in analytics delivery, showcasing direct experience in taking analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or other data-driven use cases from initial requirements through successful production rollout. Candidates without a strong data/analytics focus will not be considered.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Agile methodologies, coupled with practical experience utilizing industry-standard Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence for managing backlogs, sprint cycles, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively bridge the communication gap between non-technical business stakeholders and highly technical data/engineering teams.
  • Extensive experience working with complex enterprise data spanning multiple backend systems or diverse data sources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valuable domain experience supporting Customer Service, Customer Operations, Contact Centers, Credit & Collections, or Back Office units.
  • Prior exposure to Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) or comparable customer information platforms.
  • Work history within industries such as utilities, energy, telecommunications, financial services, or similar complex enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments, business intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau or Power BI, or a solid understanding of data modeling concepts.
