Job Description As a Principal Business Architect, you will deliver internal consulting services and change leadership to enhance the effectiveness of the organization at the enterprise level. Link business strategy to the development of capabilities, people, process, technology, and information. Assist senior leaders with large, complex and/or ambiguous business problems and driving business improvements. Contribute and support the development of the Company's business architecture based on strategic and tactical enterprise goals and industry-leading Business Architecture practices.What You'll Do

Salary Range At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
