Position Summary Position SummaryThe Parker Engineering Intern Program is designed to develop emerging engineering talent through hands-on exposure to both manufacturing engineering and product engineering. Interns will support real projects that improve shop-floor processes, assist with product and drawing updates, support manufacturing systems, and help identify ways to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow. This paid internship includes measurable goals, mentorship, and practical experience in a manufacturing environment. The role gives interns the opportunity to work across different areas of engineering, allowing them to gain a wholistic understanding of how products are designed, supported, produced, and improved within Parker. This experience may also serve as a pathway to Parker's Engineering Leadership Development Program. Summer semester internships must be at least 10 weeks in length.
