Duke Health Integrated Practice Duke Health Integrated Practice comprises more than 110 primary and specialty outpatient clinics, extending the reach of the Duke Health mission across the state of North Carolina. Duke Healthy Lifestyles Clinic Job Summary The Duke Healthy Lifestyles Clinic is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and highly team-oriented Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our multidisciplinary team caring for children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 23 with obesity. Our team includes medical providers, registered dietitians, physical therapists, mental health professionals, and occupational therapists, with on-site access to pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, and pulmonology. Our practice is committed to evidence-based lifestyle change and patient-centered care, with particular attention to social drivers of health, weight bias, and stigma that can affect the health and well-being of children and families. We serve a racially and ethnically diverse population, including many families from low-income communities. We are seeking someone who brings compassion, enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong commitment to collaborative care; values the perspectives and experiences of patients and families; and is eager to contribute to a supportive, innovative, and multidisciplinary team.
