As the Applied Ethics+ Senior Program Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping the next generation of ethical leaders, innovators, and policymakers. Be Bold. The Applied Ethics+ (AE+) Program is a transformative 10-week summer experience where Duke graduate and undergraduate students learn to tackle ethical and policy challenges through curriculum and experiential learning with government agencies, non-profit organizations, or companies outside of Duke. What You'll Bring Generally requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Policy, AI/Computer Science, Health Policy, Science Policy, or related discipline. Deep substantive expertise in at least one area of the intersection of ethics and innovation (e.g. health, AI, privacy, climate, cybersecurity). Demonstrated strengths in program/project management, communications, administrative operations, relationship management, and reporting. A minimum of three years of experience in program administration or academic, instructional, or related activities, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Strong skills in organization, written and verbal communication, project management, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $62,932.00 to USD $102,490.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
