About the Role

Step into a critical position where your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the success of our marketing efforts. You will be at the heart of ensuring our marketing strategies come to life, from initial concept to final execution. Your contributions will directly influence the effectiveness of our campaigns, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery. This role offers the chance to collaborate with creative teams and external partners, manage complex projects, and contribute to the strategic growth of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities



  • Gather requirements and proactively lead the execution of assigned marketing projects.
  • Ensure marketing materials align with approved content through rigorous validation and proofing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agency partners to maintain compliance in marketing material and campaign designs.
  • Manage project timelines and status reports, effectively communicating key milestones and potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Review and validate copy against established source documents, particularly for critical enrollment periods.
  • Maintain comprehensive spreadsheets for tracking key marketing metrics.
  • Oversee the project management of campaigns requiring external proofing agency services.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support marketing initiatives.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
