Position Summary

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the warehouse. This role ensures accurate inventory records, timely processing of shipping and receiving documentation, data entry, reporting, and coordination between warehouse personnel, purchasing, customer service, and other internal departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory transactions, and documentation.
  • Process shipping, receiving, and inventory-related paperwork.
  • Enter and update inventory, purchase order, and shipment information in the ERP system.
  • Monitor inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Generate reports related to inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse performance.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Customer Care, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely material movement.
  • Create and maintain records for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Verify bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and other warehouse documentation.
  • Support freight scheduling and communication with carriers as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances and administrative issues.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of administrative, warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using ERP, MRP, or warehouse management systems.
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to safely navigate a warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift | Monday-Friday |6:30am - 3:00pm
