Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Lockport, NY
Employment Type: Direct hire.
Industry: Financial Services
Compensation: $40-$45 /hr. - base salary + commission .
Schedule: 40 hrs/Week.
About the Opportunity:
  • The Internal Sales Representative at the client is responsible for generating revenue by developing new client relationships and growing existing accounts within the commercial asset recovery space.

What You'll Do:
  • The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven sales professional eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
  • Present, promote, and sell GLAS services by clearly communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition to prospective and existing clients.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses for new and existing customers to develop solutions that meet their recovery needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presenting through objection handling, closing, and account nurturing.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to new and current clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships to support account retention, referrals, and growth.
  • Increase market share with current and new clients.
  • Expedite the resolution of client concerns and complaints as the primary point of contact to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and cross-functional departments
  • Complete accurate and timely reports on new and current client activity and pipeline status.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to support broader sales campaigns and business development efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as established by the Director of Sales.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Full sales cycle experience.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present confidently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and general computer literacy.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
