What You'll Do:
  • Continuous involvement is required to:
    1. maintain platform stability
    2. ensure adherence to customer framework standards
    3. support environment provisioning, scaling, and operational troubleshooting

    2. Deployment
    3. observability capabilities across the engineering environment
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science or Technology or Engineering or Math)
  • 6+ years of experience in professional/military
  • 6+ years of experience in leading technical teams or designing large-scale distributed systems.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Masters Degree in a STEM (Science or Technology or Engineering or Math)
  • Proven experience in software testing within IT environments with a strong focus on mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD), and scripting languages like Python or Bash (Unix shell).
  • Solid understanding of API testing methodologies for RESTful services; familiarity with JSON/XML data formats is essential.
  • Experience working with version control systems including GitHub, GitLab, SVN or TFS; knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB or DB2; ability to perform data analysis skills for troubleshooting issues.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban; experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or HP ALM is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis; excellent debugging skills are essential for identifying issues efficiently
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes including requirements gathering, design review, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Technical support experience related to software troubleshooting within complex system environments
