Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 /hr.
Schedule: 20 -25 hrs/Week.
About the Opportunity:
  • The Corporate Services Document Support Technician is responsible for providing support to both the Corporate and Regional offices in a variety of roles.
  • This includes daily Image Right document scanning, indexing, and completion of various Image Right and WINS workflow tasks for all regional underwriting offices, as well as any department within the company as needed.

What You'll Do:
  • This role is also responsible for providing backup support for all mail room operations with respect to both incoming and outgoing mail as needed.
  • Responsible for scanning, indexing, and releasing or routing ImageRight and WINS workflow tasks for regional underwriting offices on a daily basis, and other corporate departments as needed.
  • This includes producing weekly ImageRight productivity reports and distributing them to management.
  • Provides backup support for scanning, indexing and assigning returned undeliverable mail tasks to the ImageRight document management system.
  • Manages daily verification and approval process for all outsourced mailing documents on the Mass Printing web portal.
  • Responsible for holding or suppressing documents when requested by business users.
  • Provides backup support for the corporate mail room operations for both incoming and outgoing mail as requested.
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting mandated OFAC reporting for both policyholders and claimants of the client and reporting any potential terrorism hits.
  • Assists with answering and routing incoming switchboard calls as requested.
  • This includes maintaining both corporate and regional telephone directories.
  • Responsible for handling monthly Workers' Compensation dividends, based upon Loss Ratio.
  • Provides administrative support to the Corporate Services team as requested, which includes reviewing and reconciling monthly invoices for external vendors.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
  • 2+ years of experience with document management and scanning systems, including ImageRight.
What Sets You Apart:
  • 1+ years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
  • This includes having a solid understanding and the ability to operate all postage and inserting machines, and to serve as the backup during absences.
  • Prior mailroom experience.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess good administrative and computing skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with USPS mailing operations.
