The Marker Union Square is hiring a Director of People & Culture. This role serves as the property's primary HR leader and trusted business partner to the Managing Director and hotel leadership team. The ideal candidate is an independent, business minded HR professional who enjoys being visible throughout the hotel, building relationships, solving problems, and creating meaningful experiences for Team Members.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: This is a high visibility, hands on individual contributor role with responsibility for the full scope of property level People & Culture operations, including Team Member relations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, training, engagement, labor expense management, and workplace culture.
