| Primary Purpose of the Organization: |
Located within the
Broadwell College of Business and Economics. The Center for
ERP and Advanced Analytics (
CERPAA) supports workforce development, professional education, military-connected learners, industry engagement, and enterprise technology education through
ERP,
SAP, analytics, and related programs. |
| Primary Purpose of the Position: |
The
CERPAA Military Outreach and Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for supporting
CERPAA recruitment and enrollment growth through Fort Bragg and military-community outreach, prospective-student engagement and follow-up, enrollment pipeline management, applicant support, career-fair participation, social-media outreach, and performance reporting. |
| Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: |
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in recruitment, outreach, enrollment management, workforce development, military transition services, customer relationship management, or a related area. |
| Knowledge skills and abilities: |
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to conduct presentations and outreach activities;
- Experience with prospect follow-up and pipeline management;
- Ability to maintain accurate recruitment records and produce performance reports;
- Familiarity with CRM, social media, and digital communication tools;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment activities.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
- Military or veteran-community experience; familiarity with Fort Bragg transition programs;
- Experience with higher-education or workforce-program recruitment;
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP programs; CRM and marketing-automation experience;
- Experience working with military-connected adult learners.
