Litigation Paralegal
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys and litigation teams in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring five days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation support experience, including trial preparation, cite checking, Bluebook citation formatting, legal research, and document management. Candidates should have experience with Relativity or similar litigation support and eDiscovery software.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in the evaluation, development, and litigation of cases.
- Review and analyze case files to assess litigation viability and applicable legal authorities.
- Identify the need for additional information, evidence, records, and witness testimony.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information through records review, interviews, and investigative efforts.
- Evaluate evidence and determine its relevance to ongoing matters.
- Compile, summarize, and analyze data to support legal strategies and case development.
- Review legislative, administrative, and judicial developments and assess their legal impact.
- Assist with legal research and preparation of legal opinions, memoranda, and case-related documents.
- Prepare witnesses for depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
- Organize, maintain, and manage case files, exhibits, and litigation documents.
- Support attorneys throughout the litigation process by obtaining and developing evidence, preparing exhibits, and coordinating case materials.
- Create charts, graphs, tables, and other visual aids to support litigation efforts.
- Analyze data and develop recommendations and supporting documentation for attorneys.
- May testify regarding the preparation and maintenance of exhibits and case documentation when required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Strong experience with trial preparation and litigation support.
- Proficiency in cite checking and Bluebook citation formatting.
- Experience with Relativity or comparable eDiscovery/document review platforms.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Environment
- Full-time position.
- 100% onsite, five days per week.

Compensation
- Hourly range: $28 - $30.67 per hour
- No overtime available.
