The Position Reporting directly to the Events Director, the Event Content Specialist is responsible for administering the planning, idea generation, and execution of event content across virtual and in-person experiences. This role owns the end-to-end content lifecycle from call for proposals and speaker onboarding, through live production and post-event evaluation in order to ensure all event programming aligns with ASQ goals, member needs, and industry best practices. This position also acts as the primary liaison between ASQ, speakers, committees, and external production partners, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engaging events. The ideal candidate will be able to take a consultative, solutions-oriented approach to their work in order to drive continuous improvement through voice-of-the-customer insights, post-event metrics, and research. Previous experience using the event management platform, Cvent, is also a plus. The salary range for this role is $60,000-$73,000. Any extended offer is based on the candidate's experience and overall fit for the role. Main Responsibilities
