The Administrative & Document Support Specialist provides document production and administrative support for Weston's Integrated Air Services (IAS) team. This role is responsible for preparing, formatting, reviewing, and organizing technical reports, proposals, and project documentation while ensuring accuracy and consistency. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables for both internal teams and clients. This position offers a growth path into technical report development and data quality review for candidates interested in learning the technical aspects of environmental reporting.
