Assistant Supervisor Monroe Wisconsin Job Description Join our Operations team as an Assistant Supervisor! In this role, you'll help oversee daily production activities, support and direct temporary employees, monitor production performance, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment. What You'll Do Assist with daily production planning and workflow coordination Lead and support temporary employees throughout the shift Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, and production goals Train employees on processes, quality standards, and safety procedures Help identify process improvements and resolve operational issues Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies Qualifications What It Takes Previous leadership, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively Assignment Details: Temporary 5-6 week assignment *Starts on 1st Shift and transitions to 2nd Shift for the final portion of the assignment About Us Welcome to Colony Brands!
