POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Director, Commerce is the primary client lead for assigned commerce accounts, responsible for guiding digital shelf content programs from opportunity and scope definition through creative production, delivery, and optimization. This role partners closely with Digital Shelf Strategy, Search & Discoverability, Creative, Copy, Program Management, Operations, and Photography Studio teams to translate client business needs into clear recommendations, actionable scopes, and high-quality retailer-ready content. The ideal candidate brings direct experience with digital shelf and retailer content, including PDP optimization and scaled content production. This is a client-facing leadership and account role focused on driving content excellence, strategic guidance, and seamless creative delivery. The successful candidate is a proactive relationship builder, skilled communicator, and strong operator who can lead complex Commerce engagements, navigate highly matrixed organizations, align cross-functional stakeholders, and identify opportunities to drive organic growth. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 USD annually. Experience

Ability to manage multiple brands, retailers, deliverables, and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. (required) Strong commercial acumen, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. (required) Experience serving as the primary client contact for large or complex accounts and coordinating multiple workstreams. (required) Hands-on experience developing and managing scopes of work, estimates, budgets, timelines, assumptions, revisions, resource plans, and change requests. (required) 7 years: 7+ years of experience in account management, client services, consulting, or agency environments, with direct responsibility for commerce content or digital shelf programs. (required) Demonstrated digital shelf knowledge, including experience with retailer PDP content, product content optimization, search and discoverability, and retailer content requirements. (required) Experience leading or partnering closely with copy, design, creative production, photography studios, program management, and operations teams.
