Partnering with Aquent, a leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced professional to join its specialized marketing team. This team leverages data, events, triggers, alerts, and client attributes to craft meaningful communications that drive client acquisition and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence client experience and engagement strategies, utilizing cutting-edge marketing technology to deliver personalized and impactful communications.

In this hands-on technical role, you will be instrumental in developing and supporting personalized, multi-touch communication journeys that connect with clients on a deeper level. You'll bring your strong expertise in AMPscript, HTML, and CSS to life, building dynamic campaigns and reusable components that ensure efficiency and consistency across all communications. What You'll Do



  • Develop and support email campaigns and client communication journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Leverage AMPscript, HTML, and CSS to create personalized, responsive communications that resonate with clients.
  • Build robust landing pages and reusable components within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
  • Translate complex business and personalization requirements into effective, scalable technical solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and meeting aggressive deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, business, technology, and compliance partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the entire campaign-production process.
  • Adhere to and advocate for best practices in platform usage, coding standards, quality assurance, and email-compliance regulations.
  • Contribute to shared knowledge bases using tools such as OneDrive, OneNote, Confluence, or Loop, fostering team collaboration and learning.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign scalability, streamline processes, and reduce operational risk.


What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • 3+ years of proven AMPscript programming experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Demonstrated experience developing landing pages and reusable components in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage several campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines with composure.
  • A solid understanding of email-development standards and applicable legal or compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and nontechnical partners.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Current or previous experience within the financial-services industry.
  • Working knowledge of Workfront.
  • Experience with Visual Studio Code and difference-checking tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience maintaining shared documentation in platforms such as OneDrive, OneNote, Confluence, or Loop.
