About This Position *$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour* Keefe Group is a division of TKC Holdings, Inc. that is the industry leader in the commissary market. We run an essential business serving our communities and our customers. We are looking for operations team members to join our team as a Reach Truck Driver within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite in the warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager. Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities Move, sort, handle, stack, stage, load and unload palletized product using a reach truck. On a daily basis, perform inspections of all equipment before use. Identify, separate and unload orders in correct sequence. Recognize problems with product and report to the Production Manager. Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean and organized fashion. Report any equipment or facilities issues. Help maintain the security and safety of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Other responsibilities as determined by our needs. What You'll Need High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. We requre valid forklift operator/driver certification. Sit down/Stand-Up/ Counterbalance/ Reach Truck forklift experience required. At least one (1) year safe forklift driver/operator experience required. At least one (1) year experience in warehouse required. Inventory/Cycle Counting experience preferred. We require RF Scan Gun experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified. Familiarity with computers preferred.
