We are seeking dependable, motivated, and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our seasonal event parking team.

POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Seasonal Event / Lot Attendant
• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Part-Time / Seasonal ONLY
• Available Shifts: 3:00 PM to as late as 2:00 AM, depending on operational needs
• Weekend Availability: REQUIRED
• Holiday Availability: REQUIRED - Employees must be available to work at least one holiday.
• Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is strongly preferred due to late-night shifts. Public transportation may not be available when shifts end.

IMPORTANT: We are hiring exclusively for seasonal evening and nighttime positions. Daytime-only availability will not be considered.

Location: SAGE Parking Garage - Atlanta Botanical Garden, 1345 Piedmont Avenue NE Atlanta, GA 30309

Parking and Interview Instructions: Enter the parking garage through the Piedmont Avenue / Atlanta Botanical Garden entrance and pull a parking ticket. Proceed to Level 4 of the parking garage. The parking office is located next to the single elevator. Bring your parking ticket to the interview so your parking can be validated.

THE SPIRIT OF THE POSITION

Our Event / Lot Attendants are the front-line representatives responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with parking operations, and providing excellent customer service during one of Atlanta Botanical Garden's busiest seasons. Garden Lights attracts thousands of visitors, and our team plays an essential role in maintaining safe, efficient, and organized parking operations.

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Assist guests with parking entry, payments, tickets, and validations.
• Direct vehicles and help maintain safe, efficient traffic flow.
• Answer general parking and event-related questions.
• Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and traffic directors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and management instructions.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including cold temperatures, rain, and wind.
• Remain standing and walking for extended periods throughout assigned shifts.
• Assist with additional operational duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be available for evening and late-night shifts.
• Weekend availability is mandatory.
• Must be available to work at least one holiday, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's.
• Must be able to commit to the seasonal employment period.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from work, including late-night hours.
• Must demonstrate excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Must communicate professionally and effectively.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Previous parking or event experience is a plus but not required.
• Must comply with LAZ Parking's professional appearance and dress code policies.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 15 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and squat as needed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

SAGE Parking Garage operates 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. Applicants must understand that schedules are based on operational needs and may include late nights, weekends, and holidays.If you are looking for daytime-only employment or cannot work weekends, this position will not be a suitable fit.
