Job Summary

Location: Atlanta, GA

Status: FTE

Schedule: Fri, Sat, Sun, Monday 7am-5:30pm

Working under the direction of the SCO Manager, position monitors and orders inventory based on established parameters utilizing inventory system. Provides staff training and support, participates/leads in performance improvement initiatives and assures quality customer support in a consistent, professional and responsive manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processes inventory picks in a timely and accurate manner.

Communicates all back orders and stock outs with staff

Evaluates/adjusts PAR levels and performs product counts to maintain accurate order levels for all storeroom inventory.

Fills/processes orders as received and investigates/corrects stockouts as needed.

Maintains stock locations and storeroom in clean/orderly manner; rotates inventory for short date in front, monitors and removes expired inventory and document in system.

Responsible for code cart and black box replenishment, maintenance, and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1-3 Years Equivalent experience and/or training in customer service or in a distribution center.

EDUCATION:

High School OR GED
