Elevate Textiles is looking to fill the position of Corporate Accounting Manager based out of its global headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Position Overview: The Corporate Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day Corporate Accounting function while also serving as a hands-on contributor responsible for executing key accounting activities and delivering high-quality work products. This is a working manager role that requires balancing direct involvement in month-end close, account reconciliations, technical accounting matters, and process improvements with leadership of the Corporate Accounting team. Additionally, this role will help manage and support strategic projects, including systems implementations, process reviews, automation initiatives, and other ad hoc requests from the Assistant Corporate Controller. The position is responsible for managing the Corporate Accounting team, coordinating with external auditors, and implementing best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company's financial close processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, solid operational and technical accounting experience, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to execute alongside the team while driving results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Corporate Accounting Manager will report to the Assistant Corporate Controller and work closely with others in the organization in development, documentation, and implementation of accounting processes and other ad hoc projects.
