Description Warehouse Associate - Repetitive Heavy Lifting - 1st Shift Location: Gastonia, NC Company: American & Efird (A&E) Job Type: Full-Time \| Onsite Hours: 1st 8:30am - 4:30pm Pay Rate: $15.31 What You'll Do Load and unload cases from stock trucks using buggies and electric pallet jacks Build and organize pallets for shipment on the shipping floor Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Perform frequent lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift. Work safely in a fast-paced, team-structured environment Follow written and verbal instructions Meet or exceed quality standards Handle materials safely and efficiently Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout shift Requirements Dependable and punctual attendance Willingness to work hands-on in a production setting Ability to pass drug screen and background check Why Work at A&E?
