Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its primary care team in Boston. Position Highlights

The Primary Care Provider - Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) functions as an independent primary care provider responsible for the comprehensive, longitudinal clinical and administrative coordination of care for an assigned panel of patients. This role is intended for experienced APCs who have demonstrated readiness to independently manage a full primary care panel within a coordinated, value-based care environment. Providers practice in a collaborative team model and assume accountability for clinical decision-making, care coordination, and outcomes over time.

Required Qualifications
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Current Massachusetts licensure or ability to obtain prior to start
  • DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience independently managing a full primary care patient panel

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $165,000 - $190,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
