As customer needs evolve, the Advisor partners with Fabick's specialized sales organization to ensure customers have access to the dedicated expertise, resources, and account management support required for larger equipment purchases, recurring rental programs, fleet development, and long-term equipment lifecycle solutions. The Advisor plays a critical role in customer acquisition and early customer growth, while Territory Representatives, Rental Sales Representatives, and Product Support Sales Representatives support customer expansion and long-term business development.
This role is designed to help Fabick reach and serve a broader range of customers by providing an experience that is approachable, efficient, and focused on customer success while creating opportunities for long-term customer growth within the Fabick organization.
The Customer Solutions Advisor role also serves as a foundational development opportunity within Fabick's commercial organization, providing broad exposure to equipment applications, rental operations, customer support, and consultative sales practices that support future career growth across equipment sales, rental sales, product support sales, power systems, and branch leadership.
