Overview Nakupuna Solutions seeks a Program Analyst to support U.S. Department of State global health policy and foreignaffairs objectives. This position will advance U.S. interests by coordinating global health policy in MOU development, implementation, and engagement activities with partner governments and organizations in the Western Hemisphere (WHA) region, ensuring alignment with U.S. policy objectives and effective regional collaboration. Responsibilities The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. The Program Analyst (WHA) will serve as a primary action officer and policy advisor for global health issues. The position will coordinate and clear Department and interagency actions, analyze complex international health developments, develop policy recommendations, and represent U.S. positions in multilateral settings. Job Duties Include: Support the drafting, review, and negotiation of MOUs with WHA region partners

Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex, sensitive, and rapidly evolving foreign policy environments. Strong analytical, diplomatic, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to advise senior officials and advance U.S. positions across diverse international audiences.
Education and Experience:
Work Schedule and Location: Position is full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) in Washington, DC Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel required, including travel to meetings, conferences, and multilateral engagements (25% international travel). Clearance: Secret clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen. The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $98,500 to $116,000 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies' total compensation package for employees. | |||||||
