Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of related experience
• Experience operating a manual tube bender
• Ability to follow written instructions and fabrication plans
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Steel-toe footwear required
• Basic welding experience preferred

Job Duties:

• Operate a manual tube bender to shape tubing of various sizes
• Flare, deburr, trim, and form materials
• Repair damaged tubing
• Operate threading equipment to thread pipes
• Pre-build tubing assemblies
• Weld brackets and supports as needed
• Inspect finished components for specification compliance
• Maintain accurate production records
• Assist with corrective plans to prevent recurring defects
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
