Requirements

• 6 months of manufacturing experience
• Prior experience insewing or textile manufacturingpreferred
• Ability to sew straight seams and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to sit for extended periods and performrepetitive hand motions
• Ability to lift up to25 lbs. as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Job Duties

• Operatemanual and/or industrial sewing machinesto sew fabric products according to specifications
• Read and followwork instructions, patterns, and production orders
• Inspect finished pieces to ensurequality, accuracy, and consistency
• Perform basic adjustments to sewing machines as needed
• Maintain aclean and organized workstation
• Meet dailyproduction and quality goals
• Follow allsafety and company policies
