Schedule:Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM with OT

Requirements

• Previous experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts required.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified).
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Order picking and palletizing.
• Inventory and warehouse organization.
• Basic computer and warehouse management system (WMS) knowledge.

Physical Capabilities

• Warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Frequent exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures.
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating material handling equipment throughout the shift.

Job Duties:

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Move raw materials, finished goods, and products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Perform put-away of inventory into designated storage locations.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Ensure inventory is handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control as needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
