Job Duties

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and carts by hand in a warehouse distribution environment.
• Sort, stage, and organize garments and packaged materials for outbound shipment.
• Perform general warehouse labor, including lifting, stacking, and moving products.
• Maintain accurate order flow during loading and shipping operations.
• Ensure product is handled safely to prevent damage during movement and loading.
• Keep warehouse and loading areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and loading/unloading protocols.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Work as part of a warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Support general warehouse operations as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, material handler, general labor, shipping and receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 10-50 lbs consistently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and move continuously for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Steel-toe shoes.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts consistently.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-based warehouse setting.
• Forklift experience is a plus for future warehouse opportunities.
