will participate in an eighteenmonth rotational training program designed to develop deep technical expertise in hydrogen production and basic air separation processes - You shall complete a sixmonth technical training rotation in The Woodlands,
Texas focused on Hydrogen and Air Separation technologies followed by a oneyear plant engineering assignment - In this role you will collaborate with crossfunctional groups including
Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Process Safety, Process Controls, and Operations to gain handson experience - Take responsibility for supporting operational improvement initiatives,
troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to plant reliability and process optimization - Additionally, travel to multiple facilities across the United States to
complete rotations while remaining flexible to relocation needs throughout the program - Furthermore, apply technical knowledge to realworld plant operations while
receiving structured training, mentoring, and onthejob development
What makes you great
- You
will hold a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with zero to three years of experience - You shall demonstrate strong technical skills with the ability to quickly
learn complex processes and adapt to changing operational situations - In addition you should communicate clearly, build productive
crossfunctional relationships, and contribute positively to team environments - Bring the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive tasks to completion,
and deliver results with strong attention to detail - Additionally, operate as a selfstarter who works independently,
participates confidently in project teams, and applies problemsolving skills effectively - You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and willing to
travel up to twentyfive percent to assigned facilities across domestic regions
