The Associate Director, Integrated Marketing provides strategic vision and senior leadership for the development, execution, and continuous evaluation of comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that advance the Duke University School of Medicine's academic mission and institutional priorities. The Associate Director, Integrated Marketing, primarily serves the Doctor of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Doctorate health professions education programs, while ensuring appropriate alignment and quality of marketing strategies across all School of Medicine medical and health professions education programs. This position reports to the Senior Director of Communications in the Office of Strategic Communications (OSC). Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with regular in-person attendance required. DEPARTMENTAL PREFERENCES The successful candidate will have integrated marketing practices specific to education programming. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training - Work requires communications, analytical and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program. Experience - Work generally requires six (6) years of experience in public relations, marketing, sales and promotions, media, advertising or a related field to acquire skills necessary to manage a comprehensive and diversified marketing program. Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $70,349.00 to USD $129,548.00.
